Shipping policy
Below is our detailed shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent shipping experience for our customers.
Processing Time:
- Orders that do not contain pre-order items are processed within 1-14 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, please reach out to hello@trth.us with your order number.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays.
Shipping Rates:
Rates are calculated at checkout and are based on weight and destination. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order through the provided link.
International Shipping:
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
At True Threads, we do not have a team dedicated to damaged and lost packages, therefor we do not have the manpower to file claims on behalf of our customers. Instead, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout. We highly suggest purchasing this add-on. We do not profit from it. 100% of your route purchase covers your order if it is lost, stolen, or damaged. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@trth.us. From there we can quickly resolve the issue if Route Package Protection has been purchased.
Address Changes:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, contact our customer service team immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is processed.
